John Guest heavy gauge Collet Locking/Release tool can be used to lock fitting collet during maintenance or release fitting collet for tube removal. Multiple tools for use with tubing sizes ranging from 3/16" to 1/2". Particularly useful for disengaging the collet for larger fittings.
John Guest Release Tool
John Guest Collet Locking/Release tool is tapered on one side to slide under the collet and place in the locked position. Turning the tool over, can be used as a release tool to depress the collet and disengage collet from tubing. Prevents accidental disconnection during maintenance and facilitates tube release from fittings.
